Getting Started: Additions & Remodels

At JoCo, we have a long history of renovation and enlarging homes. Below are some typical questions that we receive:

What kind of renovations and additions does JoCo perform?

JoCo performs large scale renovations and additions.  These are usually “whole-house” renovations and large additions. 

Does JoCo have a minimum size project?

Yes.  Our minimum project size is not definite, but generally we will consider renovations that are $150,000-200,000 and larger.  We do not perform single bathroom or small cosmetic renovations.

How do we get started?

It will be very similar to a new construction.  We will need to get plans, engineering and selections completed upfront, (see our “getting started: custom build” page for more detail).

There are a few items that we need from you: scope of the renovation or addition, budget you are considering, and desired timeline.
