Meet the Team
Josh Wadsworth - Partner / Production Manager
Josh is a founding partner and senior project manager of JoCo Builders. As part of the JoCo team, he has built and remodeled hundreds of homes in the central Texas area for two decades. Prior to devoting full-time career to JoCo, he served several years as a superintendent and project manager for a mid-sized commercial general contractor in central Texas.
College years were dedicated to his studies toward a BBA in Business management at Tarleton State University where he met and married his wife, Lori Wadsworth in 1997. Throughout his youth, he learned the value of a strong work ethic and the hands-on construction trades experience from his father, uncle and granddad in the family homebuilding business and family farm in Bowie Texas.
He has a passion for the residential construction business. He has developed an elite set of skills that he uses to create unique and beautiful homes that function at the highest level.
Rob Baker - Partner / General Manager
Rob joined the team in 2007 and serves as the General Manager of JoCo Builders. When you are ready to discuss your project, he will assist you with defining the scope of your project as well as providing budgets. With an online customer portal, the goal is to help customers understand the cost impact and give a snapshot of the ever-changing construction environment.
Rob graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 where he met his Wife Ashley. They have 3 active daughters. They spend many weekends chasing their kids to volleyball tournaments and track meets. When they go get some down time, they enjoy traveling, especially warmer climates, where the scuba dive, snorkel, fish and look for great food.
Kyna Saul - Interior Design & Selections Coordinator
She gets to do the “fun stuff.” Kyna will assist you with all the selection on your project from selecting appliances, fixtures, flooring to paint colors, cabinet design and hardware. There are many “moving parts” when building a home; Kyna is there to help sort through all the options as well as keep a mindful eye on the budget.
Jenn Collins - Administrator / Office Manager
Jenn is our administrator, purchasing agent and draw request specialist. She might be the first person you meet as you start this process. She is organizing materials for jobs making sure the right materials get to your job. You might hear from Jenn at the end of each month as we submit draw requests.
